Kit Cramer serves as CEO of the third largest chamber in North Carolina with over 1,600 members and a $4.2 million budget. The organization serves as the lead economic development agency for Buncombe County and the City of Asheville, provides a voice for business in all levels of government and serves members with professional development, connection and marketing opportunities.
Tracy Finch Dodson is the chief operating officer and head of economic development for the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance. In her role, Tracy oversees economic development, research, marketing, communications, business development, and investor relations for the organization. Under Tracy’s leadership, the organization continues to successfully leverage strong business relationships on the local, county, regional, and state levels.
Dean Faile has led the York County Regional Chamber of Commerce since June 2021, following 13 years as President & CEO of the Lancaster County Chamber. A former business owner, he operated one of South Carolina’s first one-hour photofinishing centers for 17 years and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Photo Marketing Magazine.
